Provide engineering and technical support internally and to our customers.Coordinate all activities related to reservoir projects and daily operations from start to completion. Provide reservoir engineering support to optimize hydrocarbon recovery from hydraulically fractured unconventional wells. Analyze well performance using pressure/rate transient and make recommendations to operators on choke management during early time flowback & well testing. Interact with customers on a 24/7 basis to provide guidance during flowback and well testing of unconventional wells. Utilize customer flowback, production and well test data in combination with completion and other well information to provide a completion evaluation and assist in hydraulic fracture design. Perform PTA, DFIT and RTA analysis. Work with customers to provide a bespoke completion, flowback and testing plan. Conduct research, aggregate data and analysis into fundamental insights on how to improve and optimize flowback and well-reservoir connectivity for presentation to customers, and at workshops and conferences. Conduct research and develop new analytical workflows that can be used to optimize hydraulic fracture design and improve well performance.

Crew lead; manage the engineers, trained ATPs and ensure all job details are completed in a timely manner Communicate to the customer any changes to improve real time situations or upcoming jobsObserve real-time objectives with software program (IFS), prepare stage reports to submit for job reviewMonitor real-time chemicals, fluid systems and other additives. Perform field/lab fluid analysis testing and adjust to ensure quality of serviceKnowledge of reservoir and/or wellbore fluid treatment and placement of its applications. Utilize basic fluid mechanic theory and design involving the rheology characterization of fluid flow modeling, solid transport, viscoelasticity and friction to understand pumping dynamics of the fracture job
