WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENTIn 2013 we shifted to assisting international organizations, and entrepreneurs improve their global reach online through the development of their online presence, including branding, web design and development, social media management, and translation. Past clients include coaches, lawyers, mental health professionals, retreat centers, and academic institutions such as Butte College, Baruch College, and Northern State University.RECRUITING FOR THE JAPAN-IMF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR ADVANCED STUDIES:Since 2008, IEB has worked alongside the Institute of International Education to promote the Japan-IMF Scholarship Program for Advanced Studies, a scholarship funded by the Japanese Government.PAST PROJECTS:EDUCATIONUSA ACADEMY COORDINATION (2013 – 2016)IEB worked with the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo to coordinate the EducationUSA Academy, an annual training program for Japanese high school teachers.EDUCATIONUSA WEST TOKYO STUDY ABROAD ADVISING CENTER HOST (2010 – 2013)IEB served as an officially designated EducationUSA Advising Center, a network of over 400 overseas advising centers supported by the U.S. Department of State. IEB ENGLISH CLUB MANAGEMENT (2002 – 2013)Over 400 students aged 4-80 attended weekly classes. In addition to courses designed to improve overall communicative ability, IEB offered courses for individuals with specific curricular needs, including TOEIC and TOEFL preparation courses. ASIA UNIVERSITY AMERICA PROGRAM COORDINATION (2005 – 2010)IEB helped coordinate the Asia University America Program (AUAP assisting with recruitment, pre-departure orientation, and managing correspondence between AU and the host universities regarding budget and contract negotiations, emergencies, and student data. GOLDMAN SACHS GLOBAL LEADERS PROGRAM – COMPETITION MANAGEMENT (2002 – 2009)On behalf of the Institute of International Education, IEB served as the Competition Manager in Japan from 2002 until the program was discontinued.
