Processed more than 200 invoices daily from vendors and subcontractors and capital expenditures to assure alignment with the project budget. • Developed financial projects by generating savings in more than US$2B in taxes and positively impacting cash flow from previous fiscal years. • Led national and international acquisition of several pieces of equipment and materials to implement the Barro Alto project with solid knowledge on import taxes. Generated direct impact for the Barro Alto Project to receive the first international award due to excellence in Project Management in the Major Projects Category, which involved around seven thousand employees.

Supervised the Tax Department of Bacilandia Mining and Maracá Mining - Canadian mining and copper concentrate processing companies from the Yamana Group, serving the international and national markets. • Implemented the TOTVS'S DATASUL Integrated System in Bacilandia Mining to support accounting, inventory operations, and costs management, optimizing the department's performance and time management with financial processes. Handled inventory management, fixed assets control, traceability, average cost, purchase orders, quotation analysis/approvals, budget management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, vendor, and subcontractor's administration through the DATASUL system. Oversaw cash flow control, negotiated with banks and factoring, managed accounts payable and receivable through the DATASUL system. • Managed incoming and outgoing invoices and calculation of state and federal taxes, as well as annual income tax returns. • Oversaw tax and billing declarations, State and Federal Tax Withholdings, Inventory Closing, Fixed Assets control, interfaced between Materials and Logistics Controllership departments.
