-Managed design projects from start to ending, this includes liaising both Walmart’s team and vendors.-Participated in kick off meetings to understand Walmart’s packaging requirements for every project and dispersed information to all levels of Rengo organization.-Represented Walmart’s requirements to Rengo Design’s team of designers and external vendors.-First line of contact for Walmart’s vendors in regards to product design and packaging.-Educated vendors on Walmart’s process and procedure about their packaging requirements.-Bridge gaps between Walmart and vendor’s needs by suggesting creative solutions to packaging design, photography, & printing.-Provided quality control at all stages of the design process. This includes verbiage proofing, color management, art / photo quality and printing.
