As a life coach I guide you in the process of helping you identify and achieve personal goals through developing skills and attitudes that lead to self-empowerment. I will coach and guide you with issues such as work-life balance and career changes, that often occurs outside the workplace setting.Together we will access your own areas of expertise to achieve you goals. We will focus on moving forward during a series of sessions that unlock your potential.

I have divided my work between Social Worker for children ad families and being a Personal Coach for over 10 years.Strengths-based and client-centered approach is the focus of my work. I have found that it feels authentic and empowering.I have a an array of experience of management within social care children’s services. I provide knowledge, skills and dedication required to provide and support the high quality practice service.I have had specific responsibility for teams but all support managers and leaders across the county.I have provided telephone , video and one to one coaching sessions. I work to meet the needs of clients who often have busy lives and work with them to look at ways to guide them into identifying the barriers that have brought them to me and wok with them to unlock and achieve their goals.I have been the operational lead for recruitment and retention including: management of selection, interview and appointment process; collaboration and co-production of marketing and training/development strategies with HR and Workforce Development Teams. Experienced in management and joint working with a wide range of services, projects and initiatives to support multi-disciplinary practices.,Working across children social care services , producing , family therapy and solution focus therapy for families and individuals has been some of most fulfilling achievements. I produce unique programmes that identify the needs, map the progress , and pin point the goals to achieve during the coaching sessions for an individuals and or teams.
