My position with Weatherford includes being the first person you see when you walk in the door. I will introduce you to our safety requirements and provide you with the appropriate PPE as required.My main priority is approximately 100 field hands working on oil/gas wells. I process their payroll and bonuses as well as their expense reports. I provide them with the required FRCs and replace them as needed. I also make sure they have any other safety equipment required. Several spread sheets keep track of their expenses and safety needs. I record any safety concerns they have and process them thru management for resolution.I also provide AP and payroll support within the office.

This was a temporary position in business to business collections. Involved contacting customer and identifying reason for nonpayment. Provide customer with updated documentation. Research and resolve disputed transactions. Research included not just the BOL and proof of delivery, but verifying contract information was correctly applied.
