I have 37 years of experience in the field, starting as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) and advancing to a Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist (ROUB) and a Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO).My core competencies include ophthalmic procedures, coding and billing, and practice administration. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Quick Books, and I ensure confidentiality and compliance with all regulations and standards. I strive to create a positive and productive work environment for our staff, and I work with them to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
