My Role also includes attending planning meetings at the client office, raising Mob & PAaW forms and daily / weekly report running. I also assist the Project Engineer by providing monthly plans of upcoming activities which require manning and for raising air freight requests through the system.As the 3rd Party Coordinator I was responsible for liaising with the 3rd party companies carrying out regular inspections on my 6 assets, arranging equipment was mobilised and returned on time, workpacks were issued in a timely manner and the appropriate documents and financial approvals were in place (including the raising of CTR's). Regular contact was made with the relevant Technicians whilst offshore to ensure progress was being made (also ensuring daily reports and time sheets were being sent back accordingly), reacting to any additional time which may have been required to complete the necessary works.
