I build brands/create advertising working on staff and freelance/assignment at Ad agencies as well as servicing my own clients. I provide art direction, creative direction, brand stategy, retail, new business pitches, advertising/television campaigns. I applied my design background and furthered my education in architecture and have built a client base in that field as well. I continue to work in both industries. As an Architectural colorist and designer I work with commercial building owners, architects, city redevelopment agencies, and the community revitalizing existing properties and providing design development for new properties as well as overseeing projects as an owners rep and project manager.As an art director/creative director I create and produce advertising and collateral as well as build and promote brand awareness for my clients (with the help of some very talented writers). Some of the clients I have done work for: Microsoft, Disney, America West and Korean airlines, Princess Cruises, Toshiba, Santa Monica Bank, Acura, Mercedes, Avia, El Pollo Loco, Toyota, Louver, Knudsen, Emeco, Olympix Fitness, TUSA/Tabata, Lexus. I have worked for agencies including: GREY advertising, DMB&B, Ogilvy & Mather, Team One, dgwb, RPA, Dailey & Associates, NWAyer, Ketchum, McCann Erickson, Saatchi & Saatchi.My crossover in design/advertising and architecture has strengthened my work in both areas, helping me build distinctive conceptual branding into my architectural designs and giving a broader dimension to my work in communications and advertising. Especially beneficial for clients that want brand identity in the interior and architectural arenas.
