I help organizations to accelerate growth through Venture Building and Corporate Startup Matchmaking, using Private Equity Investment Fund as a governance instrumento for deployment. I develop strategies using design thinking and open innovation approaches, applying frameworks to the whole innovation process: high strategic level (strategy, processes, metrics and practices) as well as the detailed level (ideation, concept, storyboard, prototype and project). I have supported multinationals, SMEs and Startups to plan, define and deliver their portfolio of innovation originated from ideation and selection process based on design thinking approaches. I am good at accelerating organizations into their digital transformation throughout the implementation of innovative and agile methodologies, supported by design thinking and innovation management processes. We have converted innovation sprints into prototype in less than 30 days. For the last two years I have supported the Civil House with Innovation Policies, Laws and Innovation acceleration programs into the brazilian ecosystem, enhancing assertiveness (match government needs with SMEs, S&T Institutes, StartUps, entrepreneurs and technology competencies). As the former President of Curitiba Angels, angel investor's network in the south of Brazil, we have gained major respect for the highest assertiveness of investment in startups across Brazil. I love to get involved in voluntary work that involves the design of public policies, innovation programs and business models that deliver better experiences to people, through service design. I am known to be creative although focus and result oriented. I am analytical with a willingness to support and win. I have developed a consistent career starting with software engineering, information and telecommunication, innovation management and recently as an innovation investor and accelerator mentor. Despite the executive career, I have also performed an academic career at universities as a researcher and professor. I am blessed to be able to put my skills in favor of society to create a new world of innovation opportunities.
