Negotiation and constant alignment with other R&D teams, Supply, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams were done to assure all projects were in line with categories Innovation pipeline. • Coordinated the implemenation of the new Global Quality Standards in local R&D lab and supported implementation in other R&D labs in the region.

Managed the team responsible for projects under Veja, Destac, Poliflor and Harpic brands with high interaction with local and Global R&D teams, project management, Mrketing, Supply, Regulatory Affairs and Legal. • Coordinated the R&D work for the launch of Veja Gold line, where all the cleaners was reformulated to deliver better performance and stronger and more compeling claims, consolidating Veja leadership in the market. • Developed the claims support strategy and “demos” used in all communication mídias and in store material for the Number One campaign, the most importante Project for the company in 2016, which helped to stop the decline of Veja Market share.

Responsible for the projects under Vanish Vanish, Veet and Dettol brands, coordinating a team of eight people.• Successfully helped the business to defend Vanish brand leadership against an important new player in the market (Omo). Fot that, it was used creativity and consumer focus mindset, through creation of point of sales demos and development of strong claim support and competitor´s challenge strategy. As a result, the inicial loss of 10% of market share was reverted within a year to only 2%. • Lead the manufacturing transfer for Veet and Dettol brands from local to external plants. This was done combining technical expertise with careful project planning, resulting in reduction of investments at the local plant and optimization of resources and production in the region.

Coordinated the team of Baby care Innovation, which included New Product Development and Compliance.• Reformulation of the whole J’s baby shampoo hair care line with reduced formula cost and improved benefits of mildness and performance, extending the usage for toddlers.• Design the strategy of reformulation of the whole Johnson´s baby portfolio to remove targeted ingredients from formulations within one year in LatAm.• Technical presentations during launch events of products like J´s Baby Moisturizing shampoo and J´s Baby long lasting fragrance, with very good impact in social media and specialized magazines• Participation in the team that designed and implemented a new system of Global Formulas Management where I gave support and training for all users in the region for 2 years.

Lead Body Care and Hair Care projects for Johnson’s adult and Johnson’s baby brands: developed new formulations and rolled out existing global formulations to LatAm region, including process development in pilot plant and scale up.
