I am a health & wellbeing amplifier with a focus on with individuals who want to learn how to prepare healthy meals on a budget. Based in Washington DC USA, I work locally and remotely to help you shop and prepare meals. I share my lived experience of struggling with my weight my entire life. It has been up, down and all around with my weight, and was on every diet from A-Z. It was not until 2009 that I finally made a mindset change with my relationship with food. I lost 80lbs and have kept it off for 1.5 decades through healthier eating, physical and emotional exercise.I am also committed to the people and sustainability agendas and my mission is to equip individuals and organizations with healthy eating options, especially in time pressured environments.
