Marcia-Elizabeth Favale, the author of LEADING INNOVATION AND INCLUSION: STRATEGIES FOR EMBRACING DISRUPTION AND DESIGNING THE FUTURE TOGETHER, is a force. Her latest book emphasizes that genius knows no boundaries and strongly encourages individuals to use their voice, be disruptive, and make a positive impact—three principles that Marcia, herself, exemplifies across multiple domains.With over 30 years in finance, Marcia is an emerging market specialist and has held executive roles at top firms including Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Brevan Howard. At UBS, she served as Managing Director and Head of LATAM and CEMEA Corporate Bond Research, scaling the businesses into global powerhouses in the emerging markets. Recognized as the number one emerging markets corporate analyst by Institutional Investor Magazine, Marcia's expertise shone brightly during the financial crisis when she served as a senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. There, she designed and implemented the $30-billion Burden-Sharing Restructuring Framework, an international benchmark and case study taught at the University of Oxford.
