As an executive coach, I have witnessed the growth and sense of freedom my clients have developed through the coaching experience and how they have confidently moved beyond predictable outcomes of their current thinking and begin to achieve their vision of an extraordinary future. During my lengthy career as a federal employee, developing and sustaining a high-quality, high-performing workforce has been one of my top priorities. Coupled with this is a deep appreciation for the vital role small businesses play in providing resources and services to the government and driving our economy.I’ve been privileged to work closely with senior military and civilian officials and political appointees to assess organizational needs, plan and develop programs, and push through legislation and process improvements that collectively focus on workforce development and small business issues. I enjoy helping people at all levels move from goal to outcome and do so through collaboration, open communication, and creating buy in across complex organizations with multiple silos. An avid learner, constantly seeking new ways to enhance the L&D function as well as my own leadership skills, I earned 2 executive coaching certifications and 3 master’s degrees.
