Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year. Led HR operations, workforce planning and development, organizational development, compensation and classification, performance management, labor relations and policy development. Oversaw all executive, faculty and staff recruitment and selection.Worked with PASSHE system office on university reorganization including collaborative services with system universities for finance and administration programs.Designed grant and obtained $98K grant proposal for Center for Work and Human Capital Development to introduce professional and workforce development training focus for unionized workers, non-represented managers and students.

Established Center for Career and Professional Development and introduced Wolf Career Network job board. Developed five-point model delivering service for future employment or higher education. Improved employer involvement by more than 300% in 2 years. Conceived C.A.R.E. (Cheyney Alumni; Role Models for Excellence) mentoring program pairing successful Cheyney alumni with at risk students for mentoring and career transitions.

Founded BullsEyeResumes to support meaningful lifelong employment for specific underserved groups of High School, College and Vocational students; Career ReEntry women. Only career programming that allowed users to bid a rate for services. Career blogger @ BullsEyeCareers, Associated Content, Beyond, Yahoo Voices, LocalJobsNetwork, AskYourCareerCenter and HBCUConnect. HR clients in Higher Education and Technology.

Made some lifelong friends here and mined a lot of Temple Talent.Received "Temple EXCEL Award" for management contributions to a team of high-functioning career program professionals, in a center dedicated to student professional development. Grew employer involvement 300%. Recognized for creating and building meaningful employer relationships and partnerships which resulted in increased opportunities for Temple Talent, promoted the center's brand on and off campus, improved the client/customer service orientation and introduced continuous improvement orientation to serve employer needs.

Learned from and mentored by the best in career center management and operations in the CSU System.Received the "Student Affairs Star Award" for creative programming, entrepreneurial thinking and problem solving to enhance career center programming. Worked on programs to build cross cultural relationships and understanding eg. Annual Unity Luncheon, convocations and conducted career sessions for cultural centers, ERGs and Affinity organizations. Engaged employer participation around diversity and inclusion programs to realize recruiting goals. Supported, a cutting edge Partner's Program which developed $1M+ in cash and kind support for student career and professional development programs over 5 years. Conducted orientation programming for over 1500 freshman and transfer students yearly, to engage incoming students with student affair initiatives. Career liaison to multiple departments eg. CAPS, International Center, Cultural Centers, Academic Advising, Disability Services, Business Administration and Collins School of Hospitality Management. Taught 3-credit career course; Facilitated MBTI, Strong Interest, E-Discover and SIGI while collaborating on OCR and recruiting events like 5 career fairs yearly hosting 120 - 260 employers. Launched the Graduating Senior Careers Conference.

Innovated career center programming and learned the business of higher education.Promoted to the only Director of Student Affairs position in the 12-unit college system after developing an unsolicited strategy to reduce student attrition --“Retention Task Force; Using a Push-Pull Strategy to Engage High Risk Students”. The program incorporated best practices for student retention from day one around a career development model.
