Specific activities include client relationship management, international sales management (initial contact, negotiation, import and export processes, follow up and after-sales services) and import/export processes management.

SF International is a Brazilian manufacturer of steam and other fluids control mechanisms, such as safety and relief valves, thermodynamic and thermostatic steam traps, etc.Coordinates sales and customer service for international customers, especially in Latin America and in the United States. Develops new clients, begins and conducts negotiations until the deal is closed, then performs all after-sales activities.Coordinates all export and import operations, from filing the required documentation to managing the process and monitoring delivery. Being in constant contact with the customers, ensures transparency and customer satisfaction.

After years in the business, co-founded a Foreign Trade Consulting Firm for small and midsized companies. Services included processes management and clearance, trading and foreign trade consulting. Directly responsible for prospecting new customers and managing their import and export processes.

Coordinated and performed all activities within the export process (air, sea and road), from documentation to delivery at final destination. Worked very closely with leadership, was critical to decision making and maintained solid relationship with world-renowned companies (DB Schenker, Kühne + Nagel , DHL, FedEx, etc.) and government agencies (Chamber of Commerce, Consulates, etc.).
