Seeking new challenges that enrich my professional journey, I have transitioned to a career in the administrative sector, building on my diverse experiences as I shifted from Health Sciences to Human Sciences. This journey includes a second degree in Foreign Trade and a postgraduate qualification in Municipal Management.In the past two years, I had the privilege of re-entering the public sector as part of the Social Participation team in the Municipal Department of Urban Planning and Licensing. In this role, I engaged in administrative tasks while maintaining direct communication with the community, and I actively contributed to organizing in-person, hybrid, and virtual public events. My responsibilities included contract review, drafting official documents, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for both immediate and upper management. I was often called upon to mediate conflicts within the team, with the support of my supervisor, showcasing my interpersonal skills.Prior to this, I honed my customer service abilities in roles involving the sale of health plans, telecommunications services, and property rentals, where I managed everything from property selection to contract closure. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship, fostering direct relationships with suppliers and clients while overseeing inventory control and purchasing. My career began in both public and private hospitals, as well as clinical laboratories, where I provided support to patients and doctors alike.This blend of experiences has equipped me with a strong foundation in administrative functions, customer engagement, and effective communication, all while prioritizing quality and deadlines in my work.
