I lead the Global Leadership Development Division at IMPACT Group, a fast-growing division that helps organizations grow talent and build succession pipelines. As the founder of this division, I am responsible for the P&L, new product development, quality management, and strategic direction of the division. I am also the author of a model and framework for developing Women in Leadership which has been proven by high potential female leaders in 34+ countries. I also serve as a subject matter expert and a consultant for clients to create and implement programs for Executives, Rising Leaders, Women, and Teams with key focus on leadership competencies, EQ, engagement, coaching, teams, feedback, diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, and women in leadership. My passion is to unlock the potential in others. I have a track record of designing enterprise wide programs that enhance leadership. As a certified executive coach, a facilitator, an instructional designer, and an educator, I create innovative and relevant programs. I have depth in leading program management and quality processes to ensure success. Through my speaking, individual coaching, and team coaching, I have touched thousands of lives.
