Provided maintenance care to patients recently discharged from Physical Therapy and/or Occupational Therapy who remained on the unit for other medical needs. Assisted such patients with ambulation, exercises, and range of motion according to the orders of Physical Therapy and/or Occupational Therapy. Assisted the Activities Coordinator in planning and carrying out social events for patients. Assisted with the creation and implementation of the restorative aide program on the unit. Heavily involved customer satisfaction and patient rounding on unit.
