During his 21-year tenure at Microsoft México (1994 - 2015) Marciano, as Product Marketing Manager for the Development Tools product division, exceeded $2.1M USD revenue and market share. He was a key contributor to the introduction of the Microsoft Tech-Ed series of events to the country. As Business Solutions Groups Partner Account Manager, he successfully led the Office 2000 Knowledge Management and SQL Server 7.0 Migration Initiative with a solution portfolio from ISVs and Custom Application Developers. As Microsoft Consulting Services Senior and Enterprise Strategy Consultant he successfully delivered and managed high visibility Software Development and Enterprise Project Management engagements for enterprise and public sector customers in Mexico and Latin America. He served as OSS/BSS Integration Project Manager and Solution Architect on Microsoft Mediaroom deployment projects for telecommunication customers in America and Europe. As Enterprise Services Presales and Data Insights Architect he led Advanced Analytics opportunities and managed publication of the R Readiness Roadmap with the Enterprise Services Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence.As part of Marciano’s 6-year ongoing tenure with Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Continuing Education division (2016 - present) he has authored and delivered 17 modules in open and private programs for business executives and information technology professionals in Digital Transformation, Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning. In 2021 he became appointed Part-Time Professor at the Information Technology and Computing Department, Mexico City Region where he has taught Data Mining (2021) and Web Development (2022) to undergraduate students.Since July 2017, Marciano initiated the incorporation of NAYLA, a distributor and dealer of top tier brands in percussion, professional audio, and experiential wellness in Mexico which was legally constituted as Nayla Ventures, SAPI de CV on December 13, 2017. NAYLA has grown recognition in niche segments in music and professional voice over.
