As a dedicated Wildlife Care Volunteer at the Toronto Wildlife Centre, I provide hands-on support in the rehabilitation and care of injured, sick, and orphaned wildlife. My responsibilities include assisting with daily feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring of various animal species. I work closely with veterinary staff and wildlife professionals to ensure proper care, while adhering to safety and ethical standards in wildlife management.In this role, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills, learned to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments, and gained a deeper understanding of wildlife conservation efforts. This experience has strengthened my commitment to animal welfare and my ability to collaborate with a team to deliver quality care for animals in need.

In my role as a Demand Planner at Johnson & Johnson, I was responsible for the end-to-end Demand Planning process for the Sun and Skin Care categories (NEUTROGENA®, NEOSTRATA®, and SUNDOWN®), as well as key OTC/Self-Care brands (TYLENOL®, IMOSEC®, BENALET®, NICORETTE®, and others). This included managing the S&OP/IBP process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels.I led the seasonal products projects, serving as the Local Project Manager, where I was involved in the entire lifecycle of promotional products—from planning and development to launch and post-launch management. This included strategic projects like seasonal sunscreen promotions.

As a Demand and Supply Planner, I was responsible for managing the demand and supply planning processes for Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis reagents. This involved analyzing historical data and sales projections to develop accurate forecasts, while closely monitoring various stages of the supply chain to ensure optimal performance.I served as the focal point for Master Data Management and acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Key User for SAP. I led a significant project focused on improving the S&OP process, which was a key step toward the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Additionally, I played a pivotal role in launching new non-physical products, leveraging digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and configure system settings. My efforts contributed to streamlining operations, improving forecast accuracy, and driving system efficiencies across the organization.

As a LATAM Business Process Management Intern, I led the Key User Program across Latin America, driving initiatives to improve information technology systems and processes. I worked closely with affiliates to identify opportunities for system enhancements, ensuring that best practices were implemented across the region.In my role as Key User Leader for the Brazil Affiliate, I coordinated multiple projects and supported testing activities, ensuring successful execution and alignment with regional goals. My contributions helped streamline operations, improve system efficiencies, and foster collaboration across Latin American markets.
