Address the “aged out” youth epidemic by providing leadership oversight to a team of staff and providing onsite support in a new housing development targeted to provide stability to this vulnerable population. o Recruit referral base, support the application process, assist the young adults in obtaining housing vouchers, support emergent shelter needs, and identify resources to meet immediate safety well-being needs (e.g., food, car seats, etc.). o With a focus on sustainability, provide onsite resources maintaining housing, addressing medical and mental health needs, and helping to build permanent connections. o Help vulnerable young adult populations obtain career and vocational skills to improve circumstances and access.Represent the agency and provide the voice of the youth and young adults served at grant opportunity engagements.Provide individual supervision, coaching and performance evaluation for team staff personnel.
