I designed and implemented Digital Ready's first early-college biotech pathway in collaboration with Roxbury Community College, the Biogen Community Lab, and Boston & Greater Boston Public Schools.

I began partnerships with our local Department of Conservation, Amgen Biotechnology Experience (ABE) and MassBioEd in order to integrate relevant field-based and lab-based learning into my classroom instruction and assessments. I facilitated our school’s Restorative Justice Team. Our team provides professional learning opportunities for our staff. We also began a student RJ course that aims to develop student identity and agency in their school community. I supported grade 9-12 teachers in fulfilling their own professional and evaluation goals by co-designing assessments and instructional materials, completing classroom observations, and probing reflection. Additionally, I facilitated a series of professional development sessions on Systems of Feedback, Performance-Based Assessments, Restorative Practices, and Equitable Grading Practices.

I observed, coached, and evaluated teacher canidates performance and growth using MA State Candidate Assessment of Performance indicators and Harvard Teacher Education Competencies. Each week, I facilitated reflection meetings with teacher candidates while developing their teacher practice and instructional goals.
