While not engaged in the development and facilitation of multidisciplinary networks I provide a wide range of services on a short term basis. These include but are not limited to:- Project management- Facilitation services- Community engagement - Strategic planning- Systems change analysis- Organization development - Grant writing

Working with all communities in the Alberni Clayoquot Regional District - 3 municipalities, 10 Nuu-chah-nulth nations and 6 electoral areas - to identify priorities and take action to improve social indicators of health and health outcomes. - Facilitate inclusive planning process from consultations to action plans to move the meter in social change. - Design and implement communication tools for stakeholders ranging from health professionals and community members to local and provincial government - Advocate for regional health related priorities to local, regional and provincial bodies - Network the networks to identify and implement innovative solutions to our local health needs
