This role is located at the UTS TD school where I bring my industry experience & expertise to help students explore the work of innovation in complex systems. In this role I led and supervised a team of carer recruitment and development practitioners. I was responsible for meeting KPI's and working within contractual agreements. My team was responsible for marketing, recruitment, customer service, adult education, and assessment in relation to foster carer applicants. Clinical assessment components of the role involved complex problem solving and critical analysis. I performed editing duties and facilitated group supervision practices.
