My career in education has afforded me the opportunity to develop expertise in systems thinking instruction, project based learning, and cross-functional collaboration supporting children to advocate for themselves as learners. My passion for the arts has guided me to use dance, music, art, and photography to serve children as means of self expression. Through comprehensive curriculum design and differentiation for all learners, my unwavering focus- the whole child. I've developed a deep passion for driving change to produce consistent impact while prioritizing relationship building. A fierce advocate for children and families, my work has encompassed policy development, curriculum reform, and mentoring educators to move progressively to serve the needs of all children. Communicating with audiences from all walks of life, the world of education has taught me to define goals, build plans, execute strategy, and shape opportunities for children.
