My husband and I built this business “from the ground up”. We began by working side jobs to his full-time position. We officially started in 2004 as a company mostly wiring small homes, working on remodels, and doing service work. My main position was to learn the bookkeeping, billing, and legal aspects, as well as to transport material and to assist in the field. Over the years, we have grown from the small residential and service-work oriented company to the full service company of today. We currently serve commercial, industrial, and residential needs and possess a state responsibility license. My position remains the same except to a larger scale and includes payroll, record keeping, insurances, and some in-servicing.

Providing Clinical management, leadership, education, remediation, remote training, job retention, interview, auditing, Clinical support, performance reviews, onsite training, workflow analysis, and additional services for the Southern Region spanning over six states. Continued to provide clinical and care management services in the skilled nursing facility until January 2019 while working in this role.

Education and training support to Nurse Practitioners in areas of coding, documentation, and workflow. Assisted in new hire training and implementation while continuing to manage patient care within the skilled nursing facility environment.

Provided clinical and care management to nursing home residents through this company while acting in the role of Clinical Mentor then Clinical Director. Remain employed in the Clinical Director Position.
