In that process she did such thorough research and learned so much that she was then offered the position of manager, overseeing and running the day to day operations. She was critical to the planning, launch and continued success of that cafe. Due to Marci's leadership, hard work, and system development skills that cafe has grown into an entire department including 6 locations.  I am so thankful for having had the opportunity to work with her at Gateway Church. If you are looking for someone to lead a team in your organization or a consultant to help your business improve your operations she is the person you are looking for. Your organization will greatly benefit from her experience and leadership."
