I manage all SM accounts, create shareable content and manage the online campus of Mars Hill Baptist Church.

I create curricula and teach courses as they are assigned in the Adult Professional Studies Department at the Merrillville campus. I created curricula for Chrstian education department. I serve as the business manager for the organization and developed and managed a volunteer staff of 50. I train and develop teachers for courses in the Christian education department and I am responsible for training staff (paid and volunteer) for growth and development.

I teach ABS and GED readiness along with test taking practices to students desiring to obtain their GED.
