I am a licensed tax advisor (license no. 12823) with circa 10 years of experience. I specialize in issues related to VAT. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow – considered as the most difficult law school in Poland. I also studied law at the La Sapienza University in Rome (Erasmus), and during these studies I did an internship at the Polish Embassy. I am an author of publications in the professional press and comments in the daily media. I am also a co-author of Crido Taxand’s book about VAT centralization in the Polish municipalities, which was considered as a huge legal publishing success in 2016. Since the beginning of my adventure in the world of taxes, I have been cooperating with the largest Polish municipalities on a number of projects, including: - ongoing VAT advisory, - VAT refunds for a number of Małopolska’s municipalities, - centralization of VAT for the biggest Polish cities (one of the biggest projects in the history of the Polish VAT), - calculation / verification of VAT pro-rata proportion, - representation in administrative and court proceedings and - tax trainings recently performed also online).I also participated in projects realized for a private entities such as:- VAT compliance services (preparation of VAT returns, EU VAT declarations, Intrastat declarations),- advisory on international transactions (intra-Community delivery of goods, exports),- VAT audits,- ongoing VAT advisory.I speak Polish, English and Italian.My interests in private life include i.a.: football (especially Italian) and its history, music (from metal through jazz and rock to disco and house), Italy (circa 30 cities visited as for now) and sports (Cracovia Marathon 2013 finished).
