• License management as process manager and license team, contacting vendors and managing license repositories, reviewing pools and managing orders with vendors and clients, resolving escalation and ambiguities• Managing Azure Entra (PIM, AAD, Exchange, Defender, Security, Intune, IAM, Servers, Teams, Office 365 etc. as a global administrator), reviewing and processing requests• Administrative works and managing onboarding of new employees in the systems (Azure, Freshservice, PaloAlto, Cisco Meraki, Azure DevOps, Flowable, virtual machines)• Working within cloud environment and managing virtual machines in Azure and Cygate (including managing alerts, AD, healthchecks, databases, access management, resolving problems)• Working on documentation on maintained processes, new creating processes, as well as assisting Security Manager with implementation of ISO 27001 norms• Resolving service requests, incidents and working on changes within the company, as well as providing support for clients
