Managing of Technical Department Team including: Maintenance Department, Utilities, Investment Department.1. Effective management of 55 person team. Development of the competencies of employees in terms of engineering knowledge and management skills improvements2. Implementation of NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) requirements in technical fields of the factory. Participation as internal auditor of NCE system in audits in other Nestlé factories in CEE region (Central Eastern Europe)3. Ensuring alignment of the engineering resources with Factory strategy and objectives.4. Supporting and ensuring implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM-PM (Planned Maintenance Pillar Leader).5. Ensuring maintenance expense control.6. Ensuring CAPEX budget and projects delivery.7. Ensuring that the utilities' needs for Production are fulfilled, managed and optimised.

Managing of investment team- Planning and managing the CAPEX budget - Implementation of investment projects- Certified leader GSTD (troubleshooter)- Participation in the implementation of TPM in the factory (participation in the pillars FI and PM)- Communication and cooperation with all the departments in the factory- Creating team goals

Preparation of investment plans- Implementation of investment projects / purchase of new machinery and equipment- Preparation of tender documentation- Negotiations with suppliers- Supervision of contractors
