Marcin Gizycki is a Warsaw-based photographer, designer, and art director. Mainly he works with product, travel and documentary photography. Besides photography, he also works with graphic design, video projects and art direction in advertising. He worked for clients as F&F, VICE, East News, Unilever and many other, local brands. Having started his career in photojournalism he is also comfortable and actively enjoys shooting across a range of other genres. In his works, he likes to play with geometrical shapes and work with the theme of the illusion of perspective. He is a laureate of Grand Press Photo 2015 (1st place in portrait photography category) and became Hasselblad Master 2018 (winning 1st prize in the product category). His inspiration variates from artist like Elliott Erwitt, Araki, Edward Hopper to many contemporary artists.
