- Check and control VAR results for Equities options (Delta, Gamma, Theta) for positions on Stocks,- Control data quality in Prime process books and prepare reports for regulators in multiple countries (FINMA, PRA, SEC with FINRA etc)- Manage database of company Bond Funds and prepare reports for Incremental Risk Charge- Cooperation with multiple Market Risk Managers to deliver valid data

Compare production data with official headcounts, to find training areas that need improve,- Work with SAP and LMS systems to control needs for UDT and SEP trainings,- Develop and deliver Excel and Access trainings for Indirect Associates- Support Technicans and engineers yearly evaluation by creating tests for them and support HR with knowledge check.Most improtant projects:- Create whole reporting system about OJT and Training expenses, control over budget.- Implementation "SEP & UDT" training registration system for LGCWA area, Negotiations with contractors, searching for new offers.

- Supervision over internal trainings delivered by Internal Trainers on production in Cell Assembly area, Cooperation with shift leaders and Team Leaders to control training progress- Prepare training proces including training system, weekly plans, tests and trainingevidence - Cooperation with Automotive Cutomers to fulfill their requirements about trainings, prepare trainings reports for them,- Supervision over Internal trainers working on production area, Coordination their work and support with any issues (training or HR problems)- Training reporting to Customers and directors.Most imprortant projects:- Creation from basics training system with training plans, tests, and training evidence system,- Design and share training books in production and maintenance departments in LGCWA- Work instructions translations for Rusian to make them available for employees from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia- Support Lean department in implementation systems like a 5S, defects reporting system. Deliver trainings from this tools and control over implementation.- Training Visual management, boards system with most popular issues that new operators meet with training materials. Coaching system on production area.
