Leading and/or supporting various project initiatives across the company related to several accounting systems and applications, acting as Project Manager/Lead whom responsibilities are connected with:• Requirements planning: analyzing and identifying business requirements across various business functions and departments, liaisons between the business and technical teams, writing project documentation, developing data models• Process reengineering: driving workflow and process analysis, evaluating organization and stakeholder change readiness, identifying, managing and recommending business process management improvements• Business case development: calculating and interpreting key business metrics (NPV, ROI, KPI), gathering information to support interpreting financial tools and reports (P&L, GL)• Production and implementation support: providing business support and service by researching user’s issues, coordinating implementation of changes to existing workflows or applications

• Taking part in multiple System Strategy project phases (SIT, UAT, PST, Preproduction) for multiple project releases• Responsible for testing complex derivative products including Futures, Options, different types of Swaps and Collateral movements• Collaborating closely with other department associates on implementing new workflows, fixing system incompatibilities and creating procedures for future end users.

• Overseeing the work completed by assigned staff, ensuring daily, monthly and periodic deadlines are met• Providing training and development to the Fund Reconciliation Team, as well as ensuring workflow planning is complete• Providing leadership on special department projects as needed• Analyzing problems and determining and/or recommending resolutions• Solving problems of difficult scope and complexity, using policies and practices for guidance

• Working on implementation of Dodd Frank Act regulations • Coordinating work of department representatives across whole FT to implement systems enhancements in accordance with regulatory guidelines

• Reviewing all daily work in accordance with department’s review checklist and work with staff to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of NAV critical data for assigned funds• Assisting in the resolution of all issues occurring within the funds and related processes• Analyzing systems reports and exception reports for variances and provide guidance to analysts on complex issues• Communicating with internal or external business partners to resolve reconciliation and system issues• Assisting supervisor in staff and workflow planning to ensure proper coverage of daily work for team

• Completing accounting, postings, calculations and reporting of information for delivery of NAV critical data for assigned funds• Analyzing system reports and exception reports for variances and make decisions on appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.• Communicating with internal or external business partners to resolve reconciliation and system issues• Preparing daily reporting to clients (such as Portfolio Managers, Trading) and respond to their queries• Preparing reports and supporting documentation for auditors during reporting periods in accordance with Financial Reporting and Audit requirements

• Reconciling and posting invoices from international suppliers into SAP system• Accounting business travels along with archiving documents • Creating various reports for controlling purposes
