I was responsible for conducting site investigations, in particular in-situ penetration tests - CPT,CPTU, SCPTU, DMT using AP van den Berg equipment. During the fieldwork I was coordinatingthe work of a team, making sure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company’sstandards (including Health and Safety aspects). During big scale projects such as siteinvestigation for A2 motorway Warsaw-Strykow, I project managed the work of up to 3subcontractors. Following site investigations, I drew up geotechnical reports that providedrecommendations for construction purposes based on gathered data. I was involved infoundation trench commissioning and inspections of soil compaction. I was preparing, amongothers, geotechnical cross-sections and geotechnical maps using software such as AutoCad,Surfer or GeoStar. As part of my job was liaising with design department in order to prepareappropriate and the most efficient soil improvement techniques for the Clients.

I was in charge of a wide range of field works such as drilling, dynamic penetrometers, vane shear probes and plate load tests. During my work in ground laboratory I was carrying out sieve analysis, hydrometer analysis, plastic limit, liquid limit, organic matter content, permeability coefficient test.

I was in charge of coordinating advertising campaigns in the western Poland for clients such asPhilip Morris Poland, US Pharmacia, Masterfood, PKO BP or ICI. My responsibilities includedthe supervision and coordination of teams who installed promotional materials in the points ofsale. I also evaluated the work of my teams and analysed campaign results to providerecommendations for future marketing initiatives.
