- Prepare and review most complex reporting e.g. TER, KPI, Board packs, Activity Sheets, Liability Reviews, payment requests, expense calculations.- Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries.- Update various logs, spreadsheets and control checklists on a regular basis.- Participate in transitions, implementation of new tools, special projects.- Establish and maintain good working relationships with relevant colleagues in service support departments and contacts in the Donor Sites- Provide training to less experienced employees in the course of day-to-day work, provide guidance and adequate source of help for queries.- Continually evaluate current processes to strive for increased efficiency.- Take leading role with Team Supervisor in liaising with other sites on all aspects of service.- Plan and manage the daily processes and the effective utilization of resources.- Review corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls, and evaluate the continuing effectiveness of these and related systems, initiating remedial action as necessary. - Prepare, Review, Validate Total Expense Ratio reports sent directly to the client or used in client reporting.- Review and correct expense accruals liaising with NAV production teams.- Review and approve Client invoicing for State Street fees and management fees.- Review fund budgets and instruct accrual changes after consulting with the client.- Receive and resolve inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and communicates effectively with other SSB teams.- Assist in Client, Audit and NAV production expense-related queries.- Take part in onboarding new tasks and operating model definitions.- Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.- Update various logs/spreadsheets and control checklists on a regular basis.

- Review and approve completed tax calculations performed by Tax Specialists in accordance with agreed timeliness.- Review and approve reasonability of the tax tolerance breaches.- Ensure that the taxation of the fund is in line with the legislation.- Review tax provisions.- Review and justify the daily tax movements.- Assist where required in preparing periodic and ad hoc tax reports, and review reports prepared by the team.- Assist in preparation and review of country-specific reports, management reports and other information required.- Implement best practices for tax activities.- Involvement in the training and development of other team members as necessary.

- Provide financial advice to clients on topics such as budget, debt relief, insurance options, and retirement planning.- Review loan application documentation, income statements, bank statements, and tax returns.- Negotiate with creditors to lower interest rates and reduce principal balances.- Prepare reports detailing financial status of clients, including income sources and expenses, assets and liabilities, and credit scores.- Review loan applications to assess borrower creditworthiness and to determine an appropriate loan amount based on the borrower’s ability to repay the loan.- Explain loan terms and conditions to clients in order to help them make informed decisions about their loans.

- Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards.- Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments.- Review and explain account charges.- Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft.- Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
