I am a PhD student at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. My main research areas and scientific interests are food microbiology and food biotechnology, microbiological synthesis of bioactive compounds, human microbiota, fermentation processes, probiotic bacteria and prebiotic substances.In my science field, I am focused on the potential secondary use of waste materials from the food industry in further processing and biotechnology.
