Responsibilities in Data Analytics area:* Understanding needs, business processes and data requirements of customer-groups and users, and manage key business relationships for Data Analytics product.* Combining business understanding with TECH knowledge to identify and cultivate D&A use-cases from ideas into potential reports. * Thinking and acting with agility, using experimentation, user demos and other sources of rapid feedback to iteratively refine the DAVM Product Roadmap and backlog throughout the Product lifecycle.* Ensuring overall quality and compliance of Data Analytics Product including GxP Validation if required.Responsibilities in MES area:* Lead a team of MES functional experts (team of four complementary workers).* Coordinate project planning & resourcing, problem solving and communication.* Demand gathering/management and prioritization for MES (backlog management).* Design and deliver the products and services which meets the business strategy and requirements.* Change management (MES program guidance preparation).* Keep relevant technical documentation up to date in support of the lifecycle plan for audits/reviews.* System validation (TC execution and documentation)* Applying Agile methodologies in an environment governed by Pharma industry GxP and computer systems validation regulations.* Understanding of vaccine development processes (especially BULK area), solutions, and industry regulationsProjects:* DAVM (Data Analytics for Vaccines Manufacturing) - New product setup following the ITMS methodology. - First productive MES data ingestion using the CDC technology into Code Orange (Azure cloud platform). - Support for report visualization phase in Power BI* Tech support of the deployment of Vaccines production lines in MES for Singapore and Godollo (WaterRuns, PQ runs).* MES mini-projects to deploy non-standard product features (PI upgrade, Automatic interfaces monitoring tool etc.)
