About Marcin Kurowski

Experienced manager with 15 years of work in various production positions, among which Production Manager, Project Manager and Team Leader, who started his career in Production as a Machine Operator and thanks to this, he knows the whole Production like the back of his hand. All those roles have helped me to understand better how to lead people and have prepared me to my current role. My main tasks as a manager are empowering the people in being the best version of themselves, inspiring them to challenge the status quo and to do more complex, new things every single day. I am trying to influence positively on their behavior by leading by example. Thanks to creating an open-minded team and learning culture, my workers are not scared to take responsibility for their teams and their actions.In addition to leadership, I also focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity. To support main company KPIs and client satisfaction I use tools like problem solving (process mapping, 5 whys, fishbone), TPM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen and most importantly open eyes, ears and mind. I am also responsible for creating strategy (development, growth) for my department, planning the budget, project development (CAPEX) and for execution of this plan.Passionate about all sports activities, mostly football, running, swimming and chess.
