- Service Desk Team Management- Taking part in creating processes in the company- Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes- Effective prioritisation and workload management of the Service Desk Team- Reporting to directors- Creating tools for automate the work of the Service Desk Team- Managing RedMine- Managing Attlasian Jira / Confluence- Administering internal systems in the organization

- Owning, managing and resolving 3rd Line incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s- Acting as a technical lead in a major incident or priority 1 situation- Providing an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers- Supporting new product release in testing, evaluation, onboarding and embedding into our business- Providing technical support for ~2000 workers

- Receiving, solving and monitoring issues concerning IT systems- Management of IT Infrastructure - VoIP technology, network devices, monitoring, office devices- Servicing of IT equipment / hardware troubleshooting- Planning and purchasing of software and hardware- Management of software licenses- Providing technical (hardware / software) support for workers
