CurrentI'm responsible for creating and implementing the vision for technology development in the Application Development Department. The teams within the Division I lead are tasked with, among other things:-Designing IT system architecture at the Enterprise level,-R&D and developing solutions in the ML&AI domain,-Building and developing key technological platforms,-Delivering solutions that enhance the efficiency of Product Teams,-Standardizing software development processes.As the head of the Division, I am responsible for creating quarterly and long-term plans. I oversee their execution by the subordinate teams and report on the results. I manage budget plans and their implementation. I ensure that the direction of technological development supports the overall strategy of the organization.
