General Duties: Supervising and controlling of the planned tasks and reacting to any set-backs and/or delays. Meeting/exceeding effectivity/efficiency standards. Specific Responsibilities:• Developing Job descriptions, SOP, templates, working instructions,to improve productivity• Identify areas for improvement and support action plans and project work• Participate with GM and other management team members in the development of long term strategic initiatives, defining, collecting and analyzing KPIs• Assist in the drafting and implementation of written procedures, templates, etc.• Assist GM according to long term strategic plan development and implementation. • Supporting process of analyzing archive, current transports and RFQ according to Dedicated Trucks initiatives within Carrier Development.• Improving truck utilization effectiveness and minimize cost by analyzing and planning trucks work flow.• Analyzing Carriers database and defining candidates to provide the best options for current and future business opportunities. • Creating Carrier scenario and marketing presentations. Recruiting targeted carriers to join Loyalty Program/Crusar 2Go Web System• Present, Market, & Secure Synergy proposals and concepts with targeted carriers• Identify and communicate specific tactical marketing actions/client information requirements within existing client flows (Incremental Marketing Intelligence)• Analyzing status of savings and improvement projects reported by Synergy Carrier Development Specialist• Reporting truck utilization results connected with synergy projects.• Maintaining good relationships with carriers• Preparing trainings, contracts and audit procedures and templates for carriers• Making audits with partners and preparing reports • Organizing annual carrier conventions • Participating in Transport and Logistics Fairs

Client connected activities:• Direct mail or phone contact with Client• Controlling of upcoming orders and request, receiving and analyzing orders• Preparing spot pricing offers and providing costs of transports to Client• Analyzing and solving problems• Controlling and monitoring realization of the orders• Keeping positive relations with ClientsTransport organization connected activities:• Organization of transports (trucks) for Clients according to the specific demands• Setting and determining the details and specific demands for transports with the carriers• Building positive relations with the carriers• Reminding carriers about standards and quality demands• Planning loads in order to optimize utilization of dedicated trucks• Analyzing the route in order to recognize and anticipate all problems which may occur on the way with the emphasis and the transit time and on time arrival on each stop.Trucking connected activities: • Supporting and controlling of the quality standards acquired by Crusar for all transports accordingly to the “0 escapes” standard• Controlling and monitoring on daily basis all current and future transports by seeing full picture of the order and understanding the influence of each stop on the total transport schedule and other transports which may be connected• Sending reliable updates and any requested information to Clients• Reporting problems • Reacting accordingly on every problem which may occur during organization of the process and preventing damages it may cause

To work on this position in the gambling business, you need to be extremely creative person- mostly because of law regulations which do not allow casinos to advertise their activities. My daily work ( on independent position on Lower Silesia market) was to face this challenge, and find legal solutions to increase number of visitors, turnover and profit. How? Mostly by organizing events like concerts, parties, shows, lotteries, tournaments etc. but also by taking care about good reputation of casino, relationship with key Clients, high service level and positive atmosphere.
