I decided to continue my career in Investment Compliance industry with Brown Brothers Harriman in Krakow where new team was established. I was working closely with departaments from Luxembourg, Ireland, USA and India. Main duty was to prepare ex-post IC reporting for our Clients base on data from Charles River IMS. I had a chance to use previously acquired skills in order to update some rules, remove false violations from the system and optimize the process. I developed my communication skills, as I was a primary contact in case of any questions from Clients regarding reports or methodology applied. Direct contact with the Client was great foundation for taking care of Client relationship. Other important task was to analyze fund documentation (Prospectus, SAI, IG) for the purpose of creating fund matrices with all investment restricions applied to funds under our review. I was involved in transition of compliance system from CRD v9 to v22, including change of data provider from Bloomberg to Reuters, where my duties were to check if the rules in new system are working correctly.

I started to work in Investment Compliance industry in November 2015 when I joined State Street in Krakow. I was working there as an analyst in contractual operations team under supervision of Dublin Department doing ex-post IC analysis for our Clients. My main duties were to validate alerts and warnings triggered by MIG21, investigate if they are genuine and if yes find a reason of exceeding the limit. The outcome of analysis was a report delivered to the Client. The analysis included check of fund documentation, rules testing, searching for the reason of violations. I had a chance to get familiar with funds and regulations from multiple regions including US, APAC, UCITS, AIFMD, UK, Canadian, Luxembourg, Ireland . When I got more knowledge and experience I started to review analysis of other team members. I particpated in some side projects for example update of the rules, to remove false violations and optimize the process. My job was to check wording of the rule, compare with fund documents and client requirements and then request to update the rule. I was also part of conversion team from MIG21 to CRD. I had a chance to get to know CRD system, test rules and funds moved from one system to another.

- Ongoing support of the helpdesk system-Searching for contractors, preparing contracts and orders based on the provisions of the Public Procurement Law- Participation in the preparation of public tender documentation
