Responsibilities• Comprehensive maintenance services for the refinery industry in the field of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and thermal insulation engineering• Managing the Bilfinger IS Polska Service Centre in Gdańsk• Setting goals and tasks for the Service Center• Responsibility for financial indicators and profit and loss account (P&L)• Developing and implementing organisational solutions, optimising the economic performance of the entrusted profit centre according to its needs• Increasing the efficiency of the subordinate department, its work organisation, technology, production and repairs

Responsibilities• Overseeing the multi-discipline overhaul process of machinery and equipment by planning, executing - coordinating and accounting for overhaul projects carried out at LOTOS Group S.A.

Responsibilities• Acting as the main coordinator of multi-discipline overhauls of machinery and equipment of Grupa LOTOS S.A.• Managing a multi-discipline team of engineers, experienced specialists in technical areas such as: mechanics, electrics, automatics, vibration and acoustic diagnostics, as well as designers of machinery and equipment parts to optimise the overhaul process• Executing maintenance tasks such as planning, preparation, coordination, technical supervision and settlement of repair tasks on rotating machinery and industrial equipment• Co-creating the Efficiency Improvement Programme of LOTOS
