Delivering monthly net assets valuations to the client which include:- Reconciling cash ledger- Coordinating the work of various stakeholders in the process (i.e. trade ops, investor services, brokers etc.)- Searching and clearing discrepancies between the stakeholders reporting- Calculating returns- Presenting month end reports and the preparation of documentation for audits- Training new employees in the different process carried out by the team- Coordinating the workload between team members involved while working on various clientsI was also involved in the ACE movement which is responsible for identifying any gaps and bottlenecks in the process, highlighting them and presenting them with solutions.Furthemore I was a part of the communications team initiative which involved clearing the way the company carries out messaging to the employees.

- Clarifying and resolving discrepancies between fund accounting entries and the custody cash accounts;- Reconciling ETD & OTC derivatives holdings, market value and gain/loss reflected in the valuation system against broker statements;- Preparing and maintaining procedures;- Identifying ineffective areas and implementing necessary changes;- Leading new fund launches in scope of department responsibilities; - Responsibility for training new employees.- Attending to queries raised by clients, trustees and counterparties;- Working with internal and external customers involved in the NAV process (day-to-day contact with portfolio managers, transfer agents, brokers and custodians);- Accurate and timely booking variety types of capital market instruments traded by investment funds such as equity, fixed income, mortgage back security and derivative instruments - options, futures and swaps;- Performing control functions in a process, verifying transactions booked into accounting system and preparation of accounting summaries/reports;- Reconciliation of data integrity between funds accounting system and the custodians register books or prime broker statements;- Cooperation with other teams/divisions within Citi in scope of performed responsibilities;- Attending to queries raised by clients, trustees and counterparties;- Participation in preparations for internal and external audits.

- Investigation and resolving discrepancies between fund accounting books and booking entries of custodian banks as well as other counterpart entities fund accounts;Cooperation with external and internal clients as well as with other teams involved in fund asset valuation process;• Reflected such products as ABS/MBS, CFD, CDS, IRS, inflation-indexed bonds etc. (apart from plain vanilla instruments) in the valuation system for regulated investment funds.- Participation in process automation projects.

- Managing foreign customers- Introduction of new products and technologies to the EU market.- Translation of contractual stipulations from polish into english and from english into polish- Meetings with foreign investors- Successfully going through with the cooperation with the Bonatti company at the NEL pipeline - Preparation of the subcontractors contract for Pol-Aqua – building of Świnoujście-Szczecin pipeline – of the total value of 150 000 000 mln zł.
