Od 27 lat moja ścieżka zawodowa związana jest bezpośrednio z branżą HVAC i odpowiedzialnością za tworzenie a następnie rozwój sieci sprzedaży, analizowaniem potrzeb rynku pod kątem wprowadzania nowych produktów jak i firm a także, w oparciu o prowadzane na bieżąco badanie, rozszerzanie już oferowanego wachlarza produktów jak i nadzór oraz tworzenie strategii a następnie motywowanie do działania podległego działu handlowego. W ramach obecnego stanowiska zajmuję się także szeroko pojętą koordynację właściwej współpracy pomiędzy poszczególnymi jednostkami krajowymi międzynarodowej struktury przedsiębiorstwa.    Dzięki wieloletniemu doświadczeniu zdobywanemu na różnych szczeblach hierarchii zawodowej a także szerokiej wiedzy branżowej dotyczącej różnorodnych składowych szeroko pojętego rynku HVAC z niesłabnącym zapałem podejmuję się nowych wyzwań związanych z kreowaniem i rozwijaniem sprzedaży a także nieustannym wzmacnianiem pozycji reprezentowanej marki.   For 27 years my professional path has been directly related to the HVAC industry and responsibility for creating and then developing the sales network, analyzing market needs in terms of introducing new products and companies, and also, based on ongoing research, expanding the already offered range of products and supervision as well as creating a strategy and then motivating the subordinate sales department to act.As part of the current position, I also deal with the broadly understood coordination of proper cooperation between individual national units of the international structure of the company.Thanks to many years of experience gained at various levels of the professional hierarchy as well as extensive industry knowledge of various components of the broadly understood HVAC market, I’ve been taken up new challenges related to creating and developing sales with unflagging enthusiasm, as well as constantly strengthening the position of the represented brand.
