Functional Safety Architect
CurrentResponsibilities:• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with OEMs in FuSa area, serving as the point of contact to understand and address their needs effectively.• Technical Guidance: Provide FuSa technical guidance across multiple projects and competencies, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.• Project Support: Support projects during the Request for Quotation (RFQ) phase in the FuSa domain, contributing to successful bids and proposals.• Change Management: Deliver FuSa technical support during change requests, handling escalations and discussions with OEMs to ensure smooth project transitions.• Design Reviews: Conduct FuSa technical design reviews, focusing on confirmation and verification processes to guarantee product safety and compliance.• Risk Assessments: Perform project safety risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.• Leadership: Lead internal competencies in the FuSa area, fostering a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.• Training and Awareness: Raise FuSa culture and awareness within the company by providing comprehensive training sessions and educational resources.• Process Improvement: Spearhead the improvement of FuSa processes within the company, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall safety standards.
