Rhenus Logistics S.A. position: BRANCH MANAGER main responsibilities: comprehensive branch management (regional distribution center) about 40 people: warehousing and transport customer service departments, transport and administration department, cross-dock warehouse, high-bay warehouse, creation and implementation of the company's budget, care for a high level of customer service, recruitment and selection of employees, motivating the team, direct supervision of projects on the operational side, cooperation with company branches throughout the country.

position: OPERATIONS MANAGER main responsibilities: development of transportation branch(curtain semi trailers refrigerated trucks), management of employees (dispatchers, forwarders, drivers), direct responsibility for own fleet of about fifty trucks (refrigerated trucks, curtain semi trailers), recruitment process and trainings of new employees, direct responsibility for new contracts, responsibility for developing and increasing new customers, tenders, negotiation of contracts , reporting directly to Chairman of the Board , responsibility for debt collection, representation of company in case of Inspection of Road Transport.

main responsibilities: responsibility for own fleet and fleet of subcontractors ,direct contact with drivers, acquisition of transportation orders, headhunting new transportation orders, responsibility for efficient movement of transportation documents, participation of development in transportation department

maintaining high level of quality transportation services for all customers by using of trucks of subcontractors, in a range of domestic and international road transport
