I carry out off the instructions of the Project Manager as it pertains to the schedule of work for thegroup, ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities forsubsequent performance of duties.Estimated time and materials for painting orders; determine sequences of painting operations andmethods to be used .Inspected completed work for compliance with blueprints, specifications and instructions; direct anyrework or modification.As additional scope of work was training of new personnel, of quality requirements our client.Coordinating teams to surfaces treatment for painting by removing old paint, patching holes,sandblasting pressure washing, HPWJ, etc.Teaches others the principles and techniques used in the specific discipline, adherence to industry ,safety standards and maintenance of related equipment, tools and/or supplies.Other tasks as assigned. Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of principles, theories and practices of vocational training.Knowledge of proper operation of machines and tools, including but not limited to their uses,designs, benefits, repairs and maintenance.Identification and application of appropriate safety intervention techniques.Maintain and/or repair of tools and equipment.
