Responsibilities and Duties As painting foreman I has been responsibility for supervise group of workers to provide scope ofwork properly and on time. In foreman standard scope of work, were alsoproviding quality documentation, such as daily work data, measurement of painting conditions, paintmixing data book. I carry out off the instructions of the Project Manager as it pertains to the schedule of work for thegroup, ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities forsubsequent performance of duties.Estimated time and materials for painting orders; determine sequences of painting operations andmethods to be used .Inspected completed work for compliance with blueprints, specifications and instructions; direct anyrework or modification.As additional scope of work was training of new personnel, of quality requirements our client.Coordinating teams to surfaces treatment for painting by removing old paint, patching holes,sandblasting pressure washing, HPWJ, etc.Teaches others the principles and techniques used in the specific discipline, adherence to industry ,safety standards and maintenance of related equipment, tools and/or supplies.Other tasks as assigned. Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of principles, theories and practices of vocational training.Knowledge of proper operation of machines and tools, including but not limited to their uses,designs, benefits, repairs and maintenance.Identification and application of appropriate safety intervention techniques.Maintain and/or repair of tools and equipment. Respect off the people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

Main responsibilities given to Mr Marcin Olechowski is advisement, inspections, verification of documents connected to anticorrosion of steel structure, pipes and other items.Technical consulting, selection of painting systems depending on the requirements and purpose of the project, preparation specifications for painting works, Marcin was involved in projects: Coal Mine In Knurów(Poland) – inspection of steam pipes after removal of insulation; Opole Project unit 5&6 Power Plant(Poland) – inspection of flue gas ducts before insulation, inspection of steel strucute.Cooperation with Mr Marcin Olechowski is absently very good. All works have been done on time and with satisfaction from client.

Witnessing and documenting of Coating/painting/PFP activities through the preparation of daily inspection Reports, through raising RFIs, inspection and documentation.Coordinate blasting /painting/insulation work and ensure compliance with project specification.Incoming material inspection.Interfacing with Third party Inspection Agencies, Clients & Contractors. Attending & Conducting Pre-Inspection & Pre-Manufacturing Meetings.Undertaking execution, inspection and supervision of painting/PFP jobs as per project specifications.Inspecting work in progress for conformance with the latest approved revisions of drawings and specifications and verifying that finished work meets acceptance criteria.Ensure all surface preparation , application , PFP work is conducted in accordance with the specified standard for that system according to procedures/specifications.Reviewing painting insulation specifications, technical & safety data sheets, blasting and painting procedures.Checking the validity of calibration certificates of all inspection tools and equipment prior to and during work execution.Monitoring and verifying blasting and painting quality issues i.e. measuring weather conditions,surface profile, coat thickness, holiday detection test to ensure compliance with relevant project specification.Provide Coating/PFP and engineering expertise input for the preparation of proposals, method statements, risk assessments, job safety analysis and quality inductions to ensure the design intent is achieved without compromising HSE.
